Using the Site — including browsing, submitting a form, or booking a call — means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

The Site describes services provided by Zoof Inc and lets you inquire about engagements. No purchase is completed on the Site; any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Zoof Inc.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content from the Site.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or breach the security of the Site.
• Use the Site to send spam, malware, or abusive content.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, source, and design — is owned by Zoof Inc or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reuse it without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Any client names, logos, or case studies appear with permission and represent past professional work. Their inclusion is not an endorsement by those parties of any current service or claim unless explicitly stated.

The Site may link to third-party sites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoof Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, if none, USD 100).

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Zoof Inc's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction where Zoof Inc is registered.
