Zoof Inc. wants everyone to be able to use zoof04.com, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or voice control.
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across this site.
What we do
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
- Text and controls meet AA color contrast.
- Images carry text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Forms have labels, clear error messages and status updates announced to assistive technology.
- Pages respect reduced-motion settings and reflow at small widths without sideways scrolling.
- We test with automated checks and by hand before each release.
Known limits
Some content from other providers, such as the embedded booking calendar and video players, is outside our direct control. If you can't use one of them, contact us and we'll book you by email or phone.

If something on this site is hard to use, email connect@zoof04.com with the page address and what happened. We reply within two business days and aim to fix confirmed issues within 30 days.
